Hot Light Music Terms

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Hot Light Music website or app, you agree to these terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

Use of the service is limited to individuals who can form a binding contract under applicable law or hold a valid account for the service. If the production app imposes age or account restrictions, they must be reflected in the final published terms.

3. Account responsibilities

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity performed through your account. Notify the service promptly of any unauthorized access.

4. Use of the service

You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. Do not interfere with the operation of the app or website, attempt unauthorized access, misuse account features, or use the service to violate the rights of artists, performers, event organizers, ticket providers, or other users.

5. Content and intellectual property

The service may include music, recordings, branding, artwork, and software elements owned by third parties or by the service operator. You agree not to copy, redistribute, or exploit app content beyond the permissions granted by the service and applicable law.

6. Service availability

Hot Light Music includes music streaming and discovery, artist profiles and content, albums and playback, live performances and entertainment content, event and ticket discovery, and account management. Features and availability may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued for maintenance, technical, licensing, safety, or compliance reasons. Event and ticket information may depend on third-party providers; availability and terms for an event or ticket purchase may be governed separately by the relevant provider.

7. Third-party content and services

Music, recordings, artwork, artist information, live entertainment, event listings, and ticket services may be provided or controlled by third parties. Their availability, terms, and rights remain subject to the applicable third-party arrangements. Hot Light Music does not claim ownership of third-party content by making it available in the app.

8. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, service integrity, or a material violation of these terms. The actual account enforcement and appeal process must be reviewed and aligned with the production service before publication.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited. Any liability limitations must be reviewed for the jurisdictions where the service is offered.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after updates are published indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
